Mystery Island, hoo, ha, Mystery Island hoo!  Around 60 kids and around 55 volunteers came together for an exciting week of VBS at the MRCC.  Kids met together at Bucaneer Bay to start the morning, learning about the Creature Feature, and enjoying the drama. Then off to the Craft Station to make crabs, aquariums and wind chimes.  Or to the Bible story at Lighthouse Lessons, or filling diapers, scientifically of course, at the Science Station.  Cassy and her team ran the Games station, with lots of fun activities for the kids. We learned about our great, all powerful, all present God, who is the Ruler of all, and who sent his Son to save us. Halfway through the morning, all the groups gathered in the big tent for yummy snacks provided by Liz and her team. Karen, Brenda, Cassy and Alyssa were our lead team, and they did an amazing job putting the whole VBS together.  Thank you to all the volunteers who helped out during the week.
