Annual Outdoor Service
After the very hot temperatures of the week, the weather had cooled some and was just right for our annual outdoor service in the park. A good crowd gathered in the shade, and Pastor Bart welcomed everyone. Tom, Jeff, Deb and Peter led us in opening songs of worship and praise. Family Fun Day
It was perfect weather for a Saturday Family Fun Day! The whole community was invited to come and enjoy free activities and lunch. From horse rides to bouncy castles… and face painting to axe throwing… to cotton candy and a delicious BBQ… to the petting zoo… – it was a fantastic day! Thank you for attending Family Fun Day & making it all so amazing! And a big THANK YOU to all those who volunteered to make this event happen.
Sunday School Graduation
The Children’s Ministry classes have come to an end, and it is time for the oldest class to graduate. Harrison has been their leader and he had the privilege of leading this special ceremony. He invited the boys to the stage. The boys in the class were Phineas, Liam, Caleb, Huk, Jacob, Aric, Peter and Matthew. Father’s Day Car Show
A great summer evening brought out the folks to the Father’s Day Car Show and BBQ on the Father’s Day weekend. Thanks to Jamie Fischer for organizing the event! Everyone enjoyed looking at the cool cars! Holy Smokes BBQ was on hand to serve up delicious pulled pork or pulled chicken sandwiches. Thanks Tyler and Shane for the good eats!
