On Saturday, Feb 11th, one of our small groups hosted an Un-Valentine Dinner! Mike and Wanda Hill, Mary and Al Lamon, Pat and Margaret Dunn, and Carey Bevan put all their strengths and skills together to cook up a delicious turkey dinner, with all the trimmings. Though tickets were sold for about 55 people, others turned up at the door, so 70 people were fed. People seemed very pleased with the evening. Many rave reviews about the food and even several church tours for those that were curious.
Many people were so impressed with the event that they are looking forward to the next one!
