The members and attenders of the Maitland River Community Church met for a meeting on Friday, March 9th.  There was a good turnout for our discussions about the business of the church. Our Treasurer, Alistair Whytock presented the 2017 budget and Ron Haanstra from the finance committee, presented the 2018 budget.  Both were passed. Doug Kuyvenhoven gave a Building Committee report, and was pleased to say that most of the work is done, and we are under budget. A job well done.  A new Board was voted in.  We also have revised our Bylaws,  and are instituting a building rental policy.  And we enjoyed delicious desserts, made by Kim and Brenda.  We appreciate all the work our board and finance team has done!  All part of what makes  things run smoothly here at the MRCC!
