The MRCC Cadets (boys club)  attended their annual  Snow Derby in Palmerston hosted by Kitchener on January 27.

 Eleven churches were represented with 22 teams. We submitted three teams of boys,  with 5 to 7 boys per team. There were 19 cadets, 6 counsellors and one Junior counsellor.

The boys received a third in Compass & Maps and another third at the sling shot mystery station.

They received a second place finish in Trail signs.

The three Wingham teams did really well in fire building and water boiling with one of the teams finishing 2nd overall.

The weather was good, and there was lots of snow this year.  It was a great day!
