Back to school blessing day!  Emily, Mariah and Silas led us in a beautiful prayer, praying for minds, hands, ears, eyes, feet – all parts of us, as children head back to school.  We also prayed for parents, teachers and administrators, that they may be channels of blessing to others.  Then Emily welcomed all the students and teachers and administrators to the front – what a crowd!  Lots of kid brought their backpacks with them and after a special prayer of blessing over  the students by Emily, everyone received a special backpack tag.  It was a special way to send off our children into their school year, praying for God’s presence, protection and peace over them.
