A busy Sunday at the River!  We commissioned our teachers and leaders for the new season ahead, and Pastor Henry challenged us to take new steps in faith, trusting that God is in control, and that He will remove the obstacles in the way.

And it was a great day for the Children’s Ministry!  They enjoyed a big Kick-off Party, complete with Bouncy Castle, face-painting,  an entertaining clown, games, popcorn and water balloons.  The teachers did a great job making it a special kids’ time.

After our worship service, we had a delicious potluck lunch together, and enjoyed a time of fellowship.
