We gathered together with guests and friends on May 15 to celebrate our GEMS girls’ club. The theme for this year was from Psalm 62:2, Unshakeable!  Peter and the band opened our service with songs of praise and then we welcomed the GEMS to the stage.  Karen Rylaarsdam is the leader of the program, and she shared about the past season, with COVID definitely giving some challenges.  Several girls told us what they loved about GEMS, and we enjoyed their creative movement to the theme song.  Lindsay, one of the leaders, put together an enjoyable video of the year’s activities, and Pastor Bart preached on Psalm 62.  We are thankful for Karen’s leadership and the great program that GEMS is, where girls are truly meeting the Saviour!
