On December 24th, we gathered for our special Candlelight Christmas Eve Service. Rein and Liz led us on a journey through the scriptures, teaching us about Light and darkness, that Jesus is the true light of this world.  We enjoyed singing many of our favourite Christmas songs, as Maria, Peter and Betty led us in song.  At the end of the service, we all lit our candles, as we sang Silent Night together.

On December 26th, we met again for Sunday worship.  All were moved by the video “The Shepherd”, followed by Maria singing “O Come All You Unfaithful”.  Stephen led us in a time of reflection, looking back and looking forward.  We shared how God has been faithful to us and led us in this past year, and what we have learned in our faith journeys.
