Christmas Eve
It was a lovely, mild winter evening to meet for our Christmas Eve services! Candles lit the auditorium as folks gathered. Nicole had activities ready for the children, and Nathan and Alaina provided some carol music in the fellowship hall. GEMS in the Parade!
The GEMS girls are always excited to have a float in the Wingham Santa Claus parade, and this year was no exception! With the theme of gingerbread in the bakery, and shining for Jesus, the Wednesday morning coffee break ladies group set to work, designing and cutting. Tania whipped up 700 bags of cotton candy to be handed out with invitation cards to our Christmas Eve service. Josh drove the truck, the GEMS waved to the crowd, and the counsellors…
