Professions of Faith and Baptisms We had a full house on a spring Sunday in April to celebrate God’s work in people’s lives! Pastor Bart welcomed everyone to this day of celebration, and the band led us in opening songs of praise. We heard wonderful, encouraging testimonies from Seth, Alyn, Charis, Mariah, Julia, Connor, William and Caleb, as they made their Professions of Faith. The GEMS held one of their special event evenings – Favourite Him Night!  Thirty-three girls arrived with their favourite him, and a hammer! Dads, brothers, grandpas and friends arrived to tables covered in craft paper, and piles of wood for everyone. Emily and Lindsay welcomed everyone and soon the sound of hammering and sawing filled the room. They were building beautiful birdhouses! So fun! Everyone later enjoyed some delicious snacks and some good competition in Minute to Win It games.…
